Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes! All devices come with a minimum 90-day warranty against defects or part failures. Brand-new devices include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. (Accidental or liquid damages aren’t covered, but you can add extended protection at checkout.)
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Contact us immediately at orders+gojistore@incrediblephones.com. You can choose a replacement or a full refund.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
How can I check the status of my refund?
Email orders+gojistore@incrediblephones.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer USPS flat-rate shipping with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days across most of the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at this time — we currently ship within the U.S. only.
How do I track my order?
Once your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
You can cancel before shipment at no cost. If it’s already shipped, you can request a return after delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and flexible payment options like Shop Pay Installments.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yep! Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) lets you split your purchase into smaller payments.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Sales tax is added at checkout.

What does “refurbished” mean?
A refurbished phone is a pre-owned device that’s been inspected, cleaned, repaired if needed, and tested to work like new. You get the same features, reliability, and warranty—just at a lower price.
What condition are Goji’s refurbished phones in?
All refurbished phones are Grade A, meaning they’re in excellent condition with no screen scratches or major body scuffs.
Do you offer technical support?
For hardware issues, email orders+gojistore@incrediblephones.com.
For software help, reach out to the manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, etc.).
